  1. Made in USA – The FTC requires that a product advertised as “Made in USA” be “all or virtually all” made in the United States. The “all or virtually all” requirement means that all significant parts and processing of the product must be of United States origin.   2. Textile and Wool Act – Federal labeling requirements for textile and wool products are enforced by the FTC.
